whats the most economical way to ship 40 cards to canada, i've only ever shipped PWEs to canada

I send them in a 2x2 taped array of 10 cards in a 6x9 office envelope. You'll save on postage over sending two PWEs.

Two team bags of 8-12 cards across and two down. They'll fit nicely within a 6x9 envelope. Just tape the bags together.
