I keep my Topps sets from 1979 and earlier in this card catalog. They fit nicely in the semi-rigid card holders.

I'm looking at one right now, Jeff, about the same size. Did you have to do anything to the inside of the drawers?

Joshua, the only things that I had to do to the inside were...
1) Remove the metal rods on the inside. I was able to do this by hand, was not difficult.
2) Cut pieces of fabric (felt or rubbery material but it can be whatever as long as it is thin) to the dimensions of the drawer and laid them on the inside to keep the cards from sliding.

That is AWESOME!!! I LOVE that look....I know a couple book friends that have some card catalogue drawers that I might be able to convice them to unload..... :) Thanks for the pic!
As for me right now I have been going back through my collection (collected back in the junk era) and I put everything into binders and ultrapro pages.....well after 30 + years some of those aren't the best choice I'm finding......so I have been moving all my older sets to penny sleeves and cardboard either 1000 or 5000 (multiple years) boxes. This way I can go through them and see which cards I need to replace as 13 year old me said sure.....I can have the dinged corner card in my set

Yes, the drawers are color coded to my system of physical location. Hopefully this will allow me to find cards quicker, especially for trading. As of now, the thought is to use the cabinet for all tradable STAR players, probably baseball only. But as I continue to reorganize, this could change.
But, no matter this cabinet is rock solid and perfect for storage.

You do realize Bob can't respond in the Forums as he was banned several years ago? Send him a PM.
