If you can see pixels in the pics of an eBay listing, do you blame the camera that took the pics, think the card isnt authentic or something else?

Those aren't pixels; it's the pattern created by the image. The reverse side looks clean, and if you look at other examples of the card online (depending how the photos are angled) the same cross-hatching appears.

It is a result of the camera or scanner. My old Ebson scanner sometimes hs that pixeling.

If you are referring to the dots in the image, those cards use offset printing. That is what it looks like.
