Have a 1999 upper deck HoloGrFX with Travis Lee (Arizona Diamondbacks) on the front but has Chipper Jones ( Atlanta Braves) Stats on the back can anyone tell me if this card is rare and worth value

Yes, badly miscut. Part of another card is on the right side. Looks like a case of the sheet(s) being loaded backwards.
