Doesn't Administration have the ability to send Membership wide a simple message for everyone to mark their packages/PWEs with the Transaction number? One shot does everybody!

Not sure if everyone, especially those that don't, would read their mail. I got two more today that were not marked. One was easy to identify because their ID is similar to their name. The other, it took a card count to figure out who's it was.
I raised this point not long ago but it does not seem that it has helped much.
While we talk trade etiquette, shipping the cards in the same order as the manager lists them also helps the receiving end, especially when there is a large # of cards.

I'll try to start doing this. I don't generally have a lot of trades going on at a time so it's always been easy for me to know what it was from. Never had really considered the challenge if there were a lot going on at once.

I've gotten really good at remembering to do this right after I drop the package or envelope in the collection box. Gah

every trade I send includes an index card with the first line:
TRADE ID: xxxxxx
Makes life easier for the person receiving the cards, especially those who are active traders.

In the same boat. Will try to start, but I haven't had a problem of identification since my trade numbers are manageable.

I (about 95% of the time) include a copy of the transaction page with my shipment. This would have the transaction id # on it.
Plus it would have the cards sent marked off ( unless it was a large trade, than only first page sent).
Will try to put id# on outside of envelope as well. I do mark the envelope with TCDB, so recipient will know its from a TCDB trader.
