The rules:
Participation is limited to the 26 members who answered task 1 correctly (they are listed after the question/task). The first 19 to provide a correct response to Round #2 will move on to Round #3. Your response should only contain links (no commentary). Some question/tasks will require 1 link, some may require as many as 4 links. Read the question/task carefully. Responses will always be links to cards on TCDB. Some of the clues given may force you to go to other websites to do research, but ultimately, the links you provide will be cards here on TCDB. Also, beware copying someone who posts links before you. There is always the possibility that they were incorrect.
Edited responses will be ignored. Responses will simply be reviewed in the order in which they come in. If you think you were incorrect, post a new response. Only your last response will be the one counted. So if you were right and then post an incorrect answer, you will be considered incorrect. All links must be present in a single post (if multiple links are required). If 4 links are required, and you post 2 and accidently hit submit, the next response you post needs to have all 4, not just the other 2.
OK, now that we have that out of the way....
Your second task:
Back in October 1992, I attended the North American Convenience Stores (NACS) Convention in Atlanta, GA, as a representative of Star International. We were marketing our newest line of cards (non-sport) to be (hopefully) sold in convenience stores across the USA (and even Canada). I do believe we were moderately successful in that endeavor, despite the nature of the cards (Calendar Girls of Hooters, Miss Hawaiian Tropic contestants, and Miss USA/Miss Teen USA contestants). The owner of Star Intl also had several of the women who appeared on the cards sign autographs for potential customers. (One did double duty there as she was also signing photos over at Playboy magazine's booth - Morena Corwin.) One of the Hooters' Calendar Girls was married to one of the Philadelphia Phillies at the time (who also, coincidentally, had appeared in Playboy - playmate of the month in July, 1986). This question has zero to do with Non-sports, Star Company, or baseball. The person married to the baseball player never changed her last name. There was a CHL hockey team in the city that shares her last name. Only 9 players ever associated with that team found their way onto Major Release hockey cards. (And 1 of those was only in an insert set).
Your task is to provide links to 3 of these Major Release cards from 3 different players. [Hint: No hints this round!]
