June 3, 1964, opened my first pack of cards at end of year school (finishing the first grade) picnic. I was hooked!
First pack of cards ever. First series, my Mom bought them for me in Krogers. Still remember in detail, opened the pack and got a Mickey Mantle card. Rapture at age 6.
I enjoy collecting the coins. They are still affordable for their age and are not that hard to find in decent condition. I like the set size also, not too small and not to large. I think the All Star coins are more attractive than the regular coins.
