Features the first individual player cards for Pete Rose and Willie Stargell. - Jesse Gonder was named to the 1963 Topps All-Star Rookie Team but his #457 card is missing the trophy designation.
- Jim Umbricht #389, the back of the card notes his death in April 1964.
- Card backs contained a baseball quiz which required the rubbing of a white panel to reveal the answer.
