I find it hard to believe that the master photo insert/mail in set excluded any cards from Milwaukee, Boston, St Louis or San Diego but had multiple cards for teams from Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Montreal and Kansas City. No Robin Yount, Roger Clemens, Ozzie Smith or Tony Gwynn (4 established all stars at the time).
