  • The base set features a #7 card for the first time since 2012.
  • Jackie Robinson Day Commemorative Logo Patch cards are available in 101 count boxes (10 packs of base cards and 1 Patch card in separate Gold Wrapper).
  • The Topps Salute insert set cards highlight FATHER'S DAY, LEGENDS, MEMORIAL DAY, MOTHER'S DAY, ROOKIE, and THROWBACK JERSEY.
  • 1st Topps base set to include incomplete statistics since 1971.
  • Some SP variations were distributed in 2017 Topps Update Series packs. Those are listed here in an insert/related set in the 2017 Topps Update product.
  • First year that player bios included social media handles.
  • Ryan Schimpf (#372), Tommy Joseph (#431), Seung-Hwan Oh (#505), Julio Urias (#582), Kenta Maeda (#597) and Trea Turner (#645) were each named to the 2016 Topps All-Star Rookie Team but their cards are missing the trophy designation.
  • The card numbers use the same RCR font used on Dale Earnhardt's #3 car.

I have an Alex Bregman RC #341 that shows Complete Set under the card #. I can't find it anywhere within the card listings. Any help? Thanks

Although banned from commenting on forum sections, apparently I can still comment on sets. As a Topps baseball card collector since 1987, I've decided to sell off all of my modern baseball cards because of 2016, 2017, and 2018 Topps. I collect today for the same reasons that I collected in 1987, and I can no longer do that with these soul-less releases. "What have you done for me lately" is evident with the incomplete statistics on the back. The "old folks get out" mentality is evident with the lack of manager and coaches cards. The team concept appears to have gone "out the door" with the lack of team cards. I'm going back to bubblegum cards.
