This card is built from 2 different pictures. My picture is a passport photo I had taken about 5 years ago. The picture in the background is of a CC130 taking off above me. Though of course it was never part of the passport photo, in the original CC130 picture, I am standing in the approach lights of the runway as the CC130 flew over. The picture was taken by the local paper and was front page back in 1999 as we prepared for Y2K. I was the OPI for the Wing in making sure we would be able to react to whatever emergencies might occur as the clocks turned to year 2000. (In March of 1999, I already knew that nothing was going to happen - all the essential services had guaranteed 100% delivery of their service yet we kept spending millions in preparation.)
