The back of the card states Doerr was the " '44 AL MVP", but this wasn't the official MLB one, where he finished 7th in voting. The AL MVP being described here is the Sporting News one. Since the card doesn't specify MLB or Sporting News or any specific MVP vote, this isn't considered a UER. |
