Pewter Bonuses were included with 1984-1987 Topps Tiffany cases and then again with 1988-1991 Topps Gallery of Champions Set cases. Only one metal card from each year's base set was made in pewter. | ||
Although the first metal card was released the previous year, 1984 was the first year that Topps produced a complete metal card set of 12. In addition, a bronze premium card and pewter bonus card was also made. This 14 card format continued from 1984 to 1991. Another bronze card set of 12 was also released in 1995. |
