Cards may potentially have up to four variations based on the copyright info either having a period after "Inc." or not having a period ("Inc"), and the header above the stats that says "Recent Major League Performance" having an asterisk before the word (" *Denotes ") or asterisks both before and after the word (" *Denotes* ").
Donruss - Blue Chips
Never released publicly and was replaced by the Grand Slammers insert, which has an identical checklist
Donruss - Bonus MVPs
Randomly issued in packs. Cards were printed with or without a period after "INC" in the copyright line on the upper right back, and with the "Denotes" line containing one asterisk (" * Denotes") or two asterisks (" * Denotes * ").

Inserted one per cello pack and distributed as a full set in factory sets. Each card is available in five different border gradients
