Currently focusing on baseball. Mainly trying to build up my Braves collection. But am open to any baseball I don't have.  My want list is not all inclusive cause I can’t add all the Braves I want, so if I don’t have it I am willing to trade for it.  

P.S. Please DO NOT send busted up cards (banged up corners and sides or markings beyond normal wear.) I DO NOT SEND out cards in that condition so I expect not to receive them in that condition, unless previously discussed. Thank you!

Master sets from 1991-2015; team-issued postcards and photos, pocket schedules; New York Mets items.  I love hearing from people, but most of the messages I get are offers to buy cards (that I don't own) that I've scanned over the years.  My advice would be to try eBay, sportslots.com, or COMC.com.

I've been very blessed in my trades and transactions here on TCDB. Thank you to all. I will trade vintage for modern and vice versa as long as there is roughly equal value felt on both sides. I am a set builder and collecter. I do not speculate on my cards for future value. I do this for fun, not for profit. I will sell, but only to build a small bank of money to use for buying cards I can't trade for. I've traded hundreds of cards each way and I've done many 1 for 1 trades, so no trade is too big or small for me.

In packaging, I use painter's tape ONLY. I try to use a photo mailer for small trades of about a dozen or less.  I use #10 PWE for trades up to about 2 dozen cards and maybe 2 PWE for 4 dozen.  After 50 cards, I typically will use a bubble mailer with tracking.  If it is 200 or more cards, they will likely be in a box well padded.

Came across tcdb.com towards the end of 2019, and I have now completed over 1,400 transactions, with over 22,000 cards changing hands!  Love everything about this site.  I have met so many cool people from all over the Country, and even a few from Canada and beyond. (Just completed a trade to Finland, as a matter of fact).

Not trading outside of the US.

I have enjoyed this website for a nearly a decade and will continue to use it to manage my collection.  However, I have shut off trading for the following reasons. 

1) Shipping is either too expensive or too time consuming.  The USPS refuses to follow their own guidelines and insists on charging $4-$5 dollars for packages that should be considered large envelopes.  In order to get around these charges, I am forced to spend too much time creating protective packaging to shove in a #10 envelope.  No thanks.

2) In the past couple years I have had several absurd and/or lopsided trade offers.  It's easy to decline, but a few traders just keep sending their garbage offers.

3)  Too much time required to pull cards for large PC trades.  I like large trades, but pulling trade offers that span 80 different sets can take several hours.  Again, no thanks.

4)  Actualy had a couple traders respond regarding the quality of the cards they received.  We're not talking about physical condition, they are actually complaining about the print quality, centering or "snowy" cards.  This was the perverbial straw that broke the camel's back.  I have gone to the extreme and provided condition for vintage cards in my collection.  In addition, I carefully inspect and throw away junkwax and newer cards that are not in NM or better condition.  I am rewarded for these efforts with dorks taking a magnifying glass to their cards and actually wasting my time with their findings.

Now if you have read this far and want to trade me, I will consider, but they must be BIG trades of 100 cards or more.  If interested, please send me a message and I will open trading.
