I collect Toronto Blue Jays - all years, all players.
I'm working to complete 1977 Topps, 1978 Topps/O Pee Chee, and 1983 O Pee Chee as my immediate projects (while dabbling in other 70s/80s and earlier sets.
I am also working to collect the last playing era card issued for each Hall of Famer.
The state of my cards is as follows: if it was made in the 21st century it's in near mint condition on its worst day.
If it was made in the 20th century, you can expect cards that are in the kind of shape you'd imagine them to be in if they were purchased and opened by an 8 year old who loved baseball and loved the cards but never dreamt that they'd be worth anything to anybody other than himself (which they were). The cards have soft edges, dinged corners and the occasional crease. I can't promise that the original owner hasn't offered an opinion on the subject's efficacy as a ball player, or provided transactional updates reflecting off season moves.
