I have baseball, football, basketball, hockey, and racing to trade---happy to trade across sports (and trying to acquire more hockey)

My wants:

  • Hockey: Pittsburgh Penguins (all eras but particularly Sidney Crosby and Marc-Andre Fleury), Minnesota Wild (Kirill Kaprizov, Matt Boldy, Brock Faber), Utah Hockey Club (Clayton Keller and Logan Cooley), Young Guns, certified autographs, relics, Pinnacle Masks, enforcers, minor league hockey (all eras).
  • Baseball: relics of players from the beginning of baseball through the 1990s. I would also like to pick up a few Paul Skenes cards if anyone is trading him.

Any size trade is fine

PWE is always preferred and has worked fine even for relics - please don't waste extra money on postage!

Couple things to be said:

1. I'm open to buying as well as selling. Shipping costs aren't an issue, if I ask for it, I'm willing to pay to get it if need be. I've done trades worldwide, and will still happily continue that.

2. I have a number of Tim Hortons higher inserts on my trade and wantlist. I would like to trade same for same, not a ton of base for my high insert.

3. This is not a daily priority for me, so it takes me a couple days to process requests.

4. I'm open to anything on my wantlist, but these are my priority sets to finish (all hockey):

PRIMARY

1990-91 7th Inning Sketch OHL (2 left)

1990-91 7th Inning Sketch WHL (3 left)

1990-91 Pro Set (all VAR's, ERR's and COR's) (13 left)

1992-93 Pinnacle (1 left)

All years of National Hockey Card Day sets, both USA and CAN issue

2003-04 Topps C55 (42 left)

2003-04 Topps C55 - Award Winners (7 left)

2003-04 Topps C55 - Stanley Cup Winners (12 left)

2019-20 O-Pee-Chee (53 left, incl. Update)

2022-23 O-Pee-Chee (52 left)

Canadian Food Issue master sets: McDonald's and Tim Hortons

SECONDARY PRIORITIES:

Hi all,

Super happy to have found this site! I'm looking to clear up some space and get some value out of my collection.

Preference is for sale (not trade, unless you have some matches to my wantlist specifically).

I am based in a suburb of Vancouver, BC (home of the 2010 Winter Olympics) and happily ship pretty much wherever. I have shipped to Canada, US, UK, Australia, Norway, Germany and an FPO in Italy so far.

Thanks!
Darren

I’ve been collecting cards for over 48 years and have over 664,000 unique cards in my main collection, including some nice vintage stuff.  I'm primarily a Set Builder and I’m looking for other like-minded set builders to trade with.   I’ve accumulated tons of extra cards that I would like to trade away with almost 250,000 cards in my current For Trade list.  Big trades don't bother me. I have a huge Want List, so hopefully you have something I need.  Feel free to make me an offer.  I'm often asked what am I looking for?  Basically, I'm looking for anything on my Want List. :)  My suggestion would be to simply start with our oldest matches and work forward to our newest matches.  Thanks.

UPDATE >>> for Player and Team Collectors Out There: Please note that I'm a set collector and I store my cards by set (sorted by sport, year, and product).  I keep my 250,000 traders in almost 100 3,200 count boxes.  2026 is going to be the "Year of the Set Collector".  Going forward, I'm rejecting trade offers that are obviously not from set collectors.  Not because the trades are unfair, but because it simply takes me too long to pull the requested cards.  I hope you understand.  My first priority is and always has been to help fellow set collectors complete their sets.

For Canadian Traders: It's expensive for me to trade across the border.  Going forward I would like to limit cross border trades to two (2) PWEs. That's about 54 standard-size cards.  Thanks.

For Anyone Outside US/Canada: The increased postal rates have made it impossible for me to trade outside North America cheaply.  So going forward I will have to decline trades from outside US/Canada.  Sorry about that.

Please note Regarding Junk Era Variations:
I can't guarantee the junk wax era cards and the holo variations are listed with the correct variation.  Going forward I will no longer check the variations on these cards.  If you want these cards regardless of the variations, feel free to request them in the trade.  However, If you want a specific variation of these cards, I'm no longer your guy - please don't put them in the trade request.  For all other cards that have variations, I will continue to check and make sure you get the correct one.

Note on Vintage Cards:
I have almost 4,000 vintage cards listed for trade (I consider vintage to be 1977 or earlier).  For each card I've noted a condition grade and if you check closer, a note on each regarding any condition issues (be sure to select the correct one if multiple cards are shown).  Please note that I'm by no means a professional grader and if you're hyper-sensitive on card condition, please message me first and I'd be happy talk about it.  In exchange for these cards, I have three priorities:

  • 1) similar vintage cards that I need (any sport)
  • 2) inserts for my 90s sets that I need (any sport)
  • 3) or non-junk era base cards that I need as a last resort (any sport)

Note on Card ConditionA card noted as Pr, Fr, Gd, or GdVg will have some obvious condition issues such as creasing, corner wear, or marks.  I would consider them place holders in a collection at best (I've listed them because some people do want place holders).  A VG card will usually be a clean card with some corner wear or a centering issue.  For me, VG would be the bare minimum for my personal collection.  EX will be nice sharp card and VgEx will be something just between VG and Ex, still a nice card with a small issue that prevents it from being EX.  NM in vintage is a tough find.

Collecting the four big sports. Most interest I have is the NHL Winnipeg Jets both eras and the Atlanta Thrashers. Baseball is the Tigers of Detroit, NFL is the Cowboys and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in our CFL. Trying to collect the rookie cards from all these teams as well. Enjoy trading with our members, willing to entertain any and all offers, no matter the size.

Long story short, I almost died in 2019 of bacterial meningitis. I exceeded expectations in my recovery, but the disease left its mark. I had to relearn how to walk, the loss of fine motor skills in my right arm, and fatigue. I apologize in advance if I don't respond in a timely manner.

I don't value my cards based on the Becket price, but use it as a loose guide.

  • If the cards you will be receiving has any damage other than minor wear or the tiniest of dings, I will let you know. I would appreciate the same in return. Please assume that any card older than 1989 has minor wear.
  • I can't drive due to medical issues, so i rely on my wife to mail the cards. She's a nurse so she works 4 on 4 off so she can only mail the cards on her days off.

    PROFILE UPDATED: May 11, 2026

    my SET COLLECTION:

I collect predominantly hockey cards.  When I first got into the hobby in 1992, I was only into baseball.  I quickly expanded into hockey, but shortly after made the wholesale change to hockey cards.  I stopped collecting around 1994 and resumed in 2020 during Covid19 when I dug up my old collection from my parent's attic and decided to finish off my sets and start collecting again.  I am also a Star Trek fan and collect those cards, as well as whatever other particular sets attract my or my kids' interest.

    my PLAYER COLLECTION:

I often collect cards of certain players with the intent of getting them signed, usually TTM or in-person at charity hockey events I play in.  I have created user lists to showcase these cards: BaseballHockey (A-C)Hockey (D-F)Hockey (G-I)Hockey (J-L)Hockey (M-O)Hockey (P-R)Hockey (S-U)Hockey (V-Z), HHOF, Woman's Hockey .  I even show a list of signed cards available for trading or selling (for donations): For Sale/Trade.

This player list changes frequently.  The list was last updated May 27, 2026:

Cory CrossButch GoringMichael Grabner, Eddie Lack, Candy Maldonado, Wayne Primeau, Scott Wedgewood

    my TRADING NOTES:

    my PROMISE TO YOU:

I strive to be a trustworthy and reliable trading partner.  If you have any issues with our transaction, please let me know so I can make it right.  My ask is that you do the same.  We all make mistakes from time to time - it's how you handle those mistakes that truly shows what kind of trading partner you are.

    Priority of my want lists:
1 - Any and all Phillies cards (almost anything not in my collection is a "want")
2 - Various set ventures (baseball would be higher than hockey)
    3 - Baseball HOFers (1980s)
    4 - Baseball HOFers (1970s)
    5 - Baseball HOFers (1990s)
6 - Baseball HOFers (all other decades)

If there are any other categories of want lists, they would fall between set completion and HOFers.

I added approx. 90,000 cards available for trade in early 2023.

[The next section has been updated on 5/25/2026]

    Note: Currently transactions are ON.

Currently adding hockey inventory and will add to my FS/FT list when complete. When I do have transaction requests turned on, trade proposals will be handled in the order in which they are received. I am continuing to take it slow because I don't have the time or patience to take on too many trades at once. Additionally, I have found that it makes it easier on both sides because the cards are known to be available. And please, when we do trade, please make it so that the postage to/from your location to mine makes a trade worthwhile for both of us. Thank you.

Please also note that I am very much open to selling in addition to trading. If you see stuff you want and don't have anything in return, that's okay. We'll work out a deal that will be fair for both of us, not just me (and not just you, please).
