• Working on low to mid grade 1970 through 1972 complete Topps baseball sets, but I'll take any condition just to complete these sets. I'm focusing on these right now and I hope to trade as much for these as I can. I will buy if the price is right. I'm over halfway on 1970-1972 with HOF and High #'s remaining.

I've been very blessed in my trades and transactions here on TCDB. Thank you to all. I will trade vintage for modern and vice versa as long as there is roughly equal value felt on both sides. I am a set builder and collecter. I do not speculate on my cards for future value. I do this for fun, not for profit. I will sell, but only to build a small bank of money to use for buying cards I can't trade for. I've traded hundreds of cards each way and I've done many 1 for 1 trades, so no trade is too big or small for me.

In packaging, I use painter's tape ONLY. I try to use a photo mailer for small trades of about a dozen or less.  I use #10 PWE for trades up to about 2 dozen cards and maybe 2 PWE for 4 dozen.  After 50 cards, I typically will use a bubble mailer with tracking.  If it is 200 or more cards, they will likely be in a box well padded.

I keep up with the base Topps and Donruss baseball sets every year.

I also enjoy collecting oddball baseball sets.  My current focus is on the following:

• Starting Line Up cards (not the figures)
• Sponsored team sets like Police, Fire Safety, Kahn's, Coke, etc.
• Oddball baseball sets that I do not have (licensed or not)

I am always looking for cards that I do not have of the following Hall of Famers.  Serial numbered cards less than 100 are not on my want list but I am still interested.

• Frank Thomas (White Sox only) - Ranked #1
• Carlton Fisk (Red Sox or White Sox) - Ranked #2
• Ernie Banks (Mr. Cub) - Ranked #4

CARD CONDITION

I have removed all recent cards that are not NRMT or better from my inventory.  ExMt or better from 80's or earlier.  Anything less than ExMt will be specified and discussed before mailing.  In turn, I ask that you do not send me anything that does not meet these criteria. 

POSTAGE

I will send all cards in plain white envelope (PWE) unless agreed otherwise or if card values are high.  Mailing more than 18 cards may be split into separate envelopes.  I usually buy postage at the post office and get a receipt so I have some kind of verification.

Single cards will go out in a toploader placed upside down in a penny sleeve then taped.  Multiple cards will go in a 9 pocket sheet, folded and placed between more rigid cardboard.  The goal is to keep it thin to keep it cheap and avoid package charges.

TRADING

I leave trade proposals active for a month before I withdraw them.  Please be considerate and respond in a timely manner.

I use Beckett pricing to even up trades.  If you look up prices on Ebay, Sport lots or COMC, sell your cards there.
