33. 2021-22 Upper Deck - Honor Roll #HR-44 Semyon Varlamov
The eBay booth rep flagged me down as I passed and gave me a pack of current year Upper Deck flagship cards. I thanked him, and opened it at the booth, and they were all base set cards. I couldn't complain, but he had hoped I had gotten a hit, so he gave me another pack, and I got this hit. I thanked him again and told him I hoped he enjoyed the show. |

Afterwards, he gave me a third pack, but had asked me to not open it at their booth, but rather to save it for later. I was exhausted from the 2+ hour drive home, so I opened it the next night, only to pull this one! Thank you very much, guy from the eBay booth. I think that was very cool of you! |
35. 1996-97 Zenith - Champion Salute #13 Doug Gilmour
Now onto the keepers, I only found 5 Dougie cards to take home, as I knew I wasn't looking for anything too high-end. I found this one at the Clouts 'n' Chara booth. I should have paid 5 dollars for this one, but it must have gotten mixed into my stack from the other booths. My apologies, CnC, next time we have dealings together, I will be sure to get you back for this one. |

This was one one my "Most Wanted" list. I think it only set me back $1, as well, so not a bad addition! |
37. 1996-97 Leaf Preferred - Steel Gold #10 Doug Gilmour
Another one from the Clouts 'n' Chara booth. I didn't examine it very well, as they used scotch tape on the top loaders (argh!), but when I took it out at home, I was surprised to find out that is isn't a card at all, but more of a printed steel plate. Very cool! |
38. 2007-08 SP Game Used - Legends Classic Game Jersey #HGJ-DG Doug Gilmour
This one, and the next one are tied for the second most expensive collection additions from the show at $10 each (He was asking $15, but I offered $10 and he accepted!). I don't normally go for such expensive cards, but something about them really caught my eye. |

40. 1989-90 O-Pee-Chee - Tembec Test White Backs #79 Al Iafrate
I wasn't really looking for any White Backs, nor did I see many cards from this era, but I flipped it over and sure enough it was Tembec card, so I scooped it up! |

I went on the Sunday and had a great time. I picked up a Hank card to trade with you, so look out for that deal in the near future. I kind of wish I looked for more cards for people that I regularly make deal with. | ||
