The Chrome parallels are not SN, and the Chrome refractors are SN to 566, but I have another chromy parallel SN to 999. What is it?

If you are talkimng about 2015 Topps Heritage Refractors are SN 566 while the base set is SN to 999

I'm still trying to find the foil cards that only came in the hangar boxes....they aren't chrome so I'm lost.....

So its the foil parallels that aren't serial numbered, and the chrome are 999. Gotcha. Am I missing the foils listed on the site? Thanx for the help

Exactly, I can't find the foils either. I just wasn't sure if I missed them.
