I thought this card sheet was on the DB before and now I cannot find it. Vintage 1992 Gameday PROMO Football Cards Uncut ( Perforated) Sheet \| eBay

I saw that one was listed, but this was a differemnt one.

Because of that, I have created a new set (called Promo Panels) and am migrating the previously listed card into that set and listed the card you showed us there:
