I understand that this is supposed to be a college set, but the fact is that the team the individual was drafted by is specifically listed on the back of the card. Per site guidelines, shouldn't that be the team listed? Just wanted to make sure before I start filing mine away and have my records mixed up down the road.

As a side note, the base set is listed as the NBA team, although it's listed on the front.

I would agree with you on the team listing. The way I read the rules, it should be the NBA team, not the college team since the college team is not actually listed on the card--the player is simply shown in his college uniform.  According to the FAQ:

"If the player is pictured in their college or minor league uniform, but the team listed on the card is their professional team, the team that gets put into the database is the team listed on the card."

Since the handful of cards I looked at list ONLY their NBA team, that is what should be in the checklist (I assume the others are the same).

These are minor league cards. Whatever team has their rights is irrelevant. Minor league cards should be linked to the minor league team, not whoever holds their rights.
