1992-93 Kraft Hockey Forum

Please confirm for me that this set should be NNO, and if so how should I leave it, I feel that each subset, then alphabetically. Any answers would be fantastic.

In my opinion, Dinners, Peanut Butter and Singles look like three separate sets.

SSSSSHHHHHH .....you will start a discussion. Kraft Collections have been a touchy subject. I have said in the past that Kraft is a special animal. With Admin's input I had started changing/correcting/muddling up the sets like so ..... first we call the set 1992-93 Kraft Hockey Collection and this set is listed with NO base set, only inserts/related sets. Then each related set would be titled just as you have said, finally each set gets listed alphabetically. But it has never come to a closure; with multiple thoughts / opinions / collecting preferences, I had to simply step back and leave the Kraft sets alone. But now that we need to verify numbers and notes as well, it sadly comes to the fore front once again.

I remember this discussion and disagree with the member who convinced Admin that this was issued as a complete set.  Binders of the complete Kraft card line were given to grocery store managers for sample purposes.

Thanks guys, I assumed as much, I do not recall who it was anymore either C2C but the discussion is still fresh in my mind. I may have been partially to blame but now is the time to get things straight and "locked down" as the term of the week says. LOL Off to Admin I shall go ............. again. We shall see where this goes. =)

I remember having started a discussion on one of these sets / years.  I had found it silly the way it was listed all as one set even though it was clearly many different issues / sets.  I heard both sides of the argument but because I was not a hockey card collector, I did not really wage in on the argument (other than having refreshed an old argument via a forum thread). My argument at the time was how to makeit easy for a member to find a particular card; the one I questioned being included in the way it was listed made it almost impossible for someone to find it if not with insider knowledge.  

But in this case, "NNO" will already be a step in the right direction. At least that piece of information will be accurate.
