Need help with a promo card

I have added a promo card title PGA Tour Partners but am now unsure if it does belong with the 1990 set

I purchased the 1991 and 1992 box sets but this also contained the 1990 set with this and 2 1990 promo's, then last night I found the card in a sealed pack with the 1991 pro set pga promo's on eBay and was hoping someone might know if it was released with the 1990, 1991, 1992 sets or just one year or a mixture of years

Any help would be appreciated

aussiewayne - I had seen you initial post and wish I could help. Unfortuantely I am not into these. Someone here has to be - if so, take the time to resolve this.
