1989-90 O-Pee-Chee Stickers Hockey Forum

So 99% of my sticker backs have no stickers on the opposite side, meaning they were put into the album and I got the back only. Should I still scan and show the backs even if they are all white? Does what they had on the back(front) all that important or is what I just stated sacrelidge?!?! Input?

Almost all the sticker back sets (regardless of sport) have the backs as the stickers they came with (some stating then that there are tons and tons of variations, not me). I actually like the way the sticker backs look on the site with no sticker on them and would not be against that.  Also, it looks like this set is missing at least 84 cards (question and answer cards, oh ya and add in that mini bag offer for 85).

Thanks for the reply and am with you on the backs, they don't mean anything to me either, out of the bunch I have only two have "backs" the rest are blank. I have read the VAR threads about stickers front/backs and the sides are pretty seperated LOL. Not sure if it is super high priority. I used t have the entire set of Q/A cards when i was still at my parents house but have not seen them in decades, I do have a few hidden stashes yet but am starting to think I pitched them. =(

But aren't the cards supposed to be scanned in the way they are issued, so in this case with stickers on the back?  And no, I am not suggesting that they become VAR because of different stickers on the backs.

If cards came on perforated panels, we have them listed as panels and as separate cards.  But we don't do the same for stickers/backs, which are also separate "cards".

 If a sticker has been removed from the back of a card or another sticker, no way should you scan the blank back as that is not how it was issued.

I have only added two blank backs to the set and then did nothing but the fronts, I will pass along IRs to Admin and let them decide as like i said I am good either way. Thanks for the input though peeps.
