Will someone please verify that the '97 Collector's Choice Base Set #44 Antonio Anderson versus the Dallas Team Set. I believe that the numbering on the Team set is exactly the same as the Base Set, and both use "44 and DA9". The ONLY difference is that the Dallas Team card front picture has a white border, where the Base card front is All picture. There is no photo on the site's Dallas Team Set listing. It is also out of character for the rest of the Dallas team set- which All of them use the "DA" numbering method, where the Team"s set Antonio card, seems to be numbered 44. The rest of you should verify your own collection- Border versus NO Border!

No the Team Sets do not use the same numbering. They still have the dual numbers but both have the prefixes. Anderson's card numbers in the Team Set are "DA9" and "DA-9" versus "44" and "DA-9" in the base set.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

Sorry Cig- thats a big negative. I am holding a '97 Collector's Choice #44 A. Anderson- With front picture bordered in white, and the back is numbered 44 and DA 9. Also have a Factory Set with front full picture and back is #44 and DA 9. No mention that belongs to Cowboy Team Set. Is this a possible THIRD card?

Not to get nit-picky, but the Dallas Cowboys Team Set that you are calling #DA 9, actually says "44" where the rest of the team's cards list the number (upper left area). It has the "DA 9" identifier at the far right upper area of the card, just like the Base Set.

Maybe posting some images so we can all see exactly what it is you're speaking about will help alleviate this sense of confusion.

I'm currently looking at a Herschel Walker from the team set. There is a DA4 (Top left) and a DA-4 (Bottom left). There is no other number.

The backs are the same as the base set cards; same card numbering. The fronts of the David LaFleur and Antonio Anderson Rookie Class cards in the Team Set have a white border.
