1966 Philadelphia Football Forum

And it ain't anywhere near mint, but it belongs!

I've been after this key card in my quest to complete the 1966 Philadelphia Football set, and patience paid off as I got this one by just $1.25 over budget (total $21.25). When I first saw this I couldn't click "buy" soon enough.

For those unfamiliar with the set, and this particular card, it's not just the creasing, round corners, and ink marks on the back that made it affordable. The eye black is marked on.

Now just 36 cards left to complete the set and but a handful of HOFers to go, and a checklist.

I absolutely love it. I have Collections of highly damaged Cards that I like to say I saved. That would be a great one to have.

Any card with added eye black is a winner for me!

Mint condition is nice, but sometimes the 'damaged goods' have interesting stories to tell.  Congrats on the score!
