Rainbow foil insert variant?

The GQ Gems insert, all the images her look like they don't have any rainbow, "foil," on them. I have one that does, and no SN, so I don't think it's one of the foil VAR that exist, (I don't think it missed the foiling process, if it was.) Are the ones here like this, or are is there a regular rainbow foil I'm missing or needs to be added? I can add a image if needed. Thanks!

I think the base Gems Minis have a foil finish that isn't well-shown in the scans here. The few that I pulled certainly seem that way.
