I must have picked this up almost thirty years ago. Attempts to locate it in the database have been futile. A Google search just brings up comic book references. The card obviously is related to a comic book.

Looks like it was a promo with this issue:

Doesn't look like there were others.

Thank you for your reply. Is it something I should try to add to the database?

I successfully added the front of this card to the database, but I failed with the back even after re-scanning. The prblem reported is "Crooked". My difficulty is that the CARD is crooked. Heroic Publishing is not exactly Upper Deck. I do not see any method in the Queue to appeal the decision. Is there any recourse?

Submit it again right now, and I'll approve it (if it's simply the card itself and not a subpar scan).

Did you use the same scan that you used in this post? It doesn't look all that crooked, but possibly the left part of the card is overcropped.

It looks like they had really bad QC and let a rather miscut card get out. That scan is as good as it gets for that card and should be accepted. It should, however, get tagged for replacement as it's not a very good card to begin with (just as we would if a baseball issue had the initial scan of a horribly miscut card).
