98/99 UD-Next Wave Quantum

Please see pictures for reference. 4 "Tiers" Next Wave, Quantum Bronze, Quantum Silver and Quantum Gold. Bronze, Silver & Gold are all SN and Die Cut. However the "Quantum" on the front of the card only appears in the SN editions of the card. I searched Antonio McDyess in the Basketball search then filtered by the card #NW6. Only 1 card came up, the exact (almost) same copy as mine except none of the base New Wave's have the word "Quantum" on the front like mine. Any thoughts?

That's a very good question. The Quantum is part of the foil and normally wouldn't have been run in blue foil at all so it's not just a simple misfoiling.

The Quantum and the stripe separating the blacked out portion with the blue background is blue foil, correct?
