If you need a UV light to differentiate them, would the variants even be listed on the site? I thought I heard/read in another thread that the 1991 Topps glowbacks aren’t listed because you can’t tell the difference in scans. If that’s the case, it sounds more like an important note to put on the set’s page, but I’m not sure that the variations would be officially added to the site. I also am not very familiar with this set, so I’m maybe not understanding completely, but thought I would chime in since the comparison seemed relevant.

Just a quick clarification on this:

The 1991 Topps glowbacks are not listable here because the difference is not notable with the naked eye. If these have some sort of a watermark on them that CAN be seen without special lighting or equipment, then they can and should be listed.
