Still hoping they eventually issue a Roy Face with the Montreal Expos uniform under the 1969 Topps or 1970 Topps look. That "Cards that never where" subset is a great idea.
BTW, for those that aren't aware, Roy Face played with the Expos in their inaugural year, but was released a few weeks before the end of the season and went on to retire after that. At the young age of 93, he is currently the oldest living former Expos player. Sadly he was admitted a few days ago in a hospital near Pittsburgh with COVID-19. I hope he pulls through.

I just noticed Sterling Sharp got a Nationals card. He was a "throwaway" reliever auto in the Chrome product as well. Topps must think highly of him despite him not even suiting up for the Nats yet (He played four games for the Marlins last year though). Meanwhile one of our better stories in a tough year, Paulo Espino, who made the bigs after many years in the minors and had a really decent year being tossed into the rotation, is completely left out.

I saw that. I'm a little disappointed I won't be getting a Raffy Devers ASG card.

It looks as if Topps is continuing to experience issues and has pushed the release date. Officially, the date is "TBD", although most places online are speculating October 27th.

Roy Face was a super nice guy...he would come to Detroit to sign at card shows since he was part of the 68 Tigers team. He even had his own 1968 Tigers baseball card that looked like the 1968 Topps cards and had him in a Detroit Tigers Uniform. I had him sign my 1968 Tigers 8x10 team photo. I didnt hear about the hospital...hope he does okay.

Roy Face. Still holds the record for best single season winning percentage from 1959 when he was 18-1.

Guess that explains why he's here. I was sure was heck wondering why. Well, good they caught the mistake. Hopefully it wasn't what cost a guy like Ranger inclusion.
