2020-21 Upper Deck Overtime Hockey Forum

I don't know enough about hockey and a cursory internet search didn't reveal anything, but is there a second series to this set?  I have come across a handful of cards which are numbered beyond the #120 of the base set.  I see a few listings on eBay but can't find the checklist.  Thanks for your help.

The set was supposed to be released in 3 Waves at 60 card per Wave. Based on what i've read, the first 2 Waves were released, but the 3rd never was as sets were getting cancelled due to the pandemic. If you have some eBay links, please put them up. I cannot find anything about over #120 being released.

Thanks for the info jimetal7212.  I have the following cards in my collection: #126 Owen Tippett, #130 Bo Horvat, #137 Adam Larsson, #154 Josh Anderson, #159 Evegeny Kuznetsov, and #140 Elvis Merzlikins (blue foil).  I didn't buy these directly myself so not sure how they were released.

Overtime are a promotional release. You get a pack when you make a purchase at your local card shop.

I have #171 Kevin Lankinen from Chicago. Blue foil as well.

It is indeed a promo set, but not all LCS have the packs. It varies based on the distributor they get the U.D. cards from and quantities are limited. I know only one LCS around here who got them (one of the most greedy I know)  and that shop doesn't want to stock singles, because their boss thinks if it is a giveaway, they're not to get it on the inventory and sell them later. Nice thinking. You participate in a promo and gives packs away to have more customers returning to your store, but how they will complete their sets if you cannot cater to them later? It is kind of sad, because the set is often looking better than the flagship set.

Also, I have 2/3 of the 2019 done and still hoping to complete my set, but I am running out of card sources (trade matches or reasonnable prices) and I always searching for new ones.
