It was $8000.00 for a suitcase with 8 cards in it. The best card he pulled was a Tyler Herro AU, MEM, RC, SN25 and he was excited.
These idiots aren't going to know what hit them when this bubble bursts. "I just bought a box of cards for $800 and got a Rui Hachimura silver parallel rookie card! He has a lot of potential!" LOL "Is that a Cam Reddish base rookie card too? I couldn't be any happier!"

Kind of makes you wonder how much of a kick back from panini they are getting to put out the video and be excited.

It makes you wonder if Zion himself, after taking off his jersey after a game, could get $750,000 if he cuts out a small square and burns the rest of the jersey. Lots of stupid people out there with too much money...

I see those one-card-per-pack Archives Signature sell for $100/pack, then I see some of the names included when I bid on commons for 99 cents on ebay and it blows my mind. I would hate to see their credit card bills.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

I slit my penny sleeves too. He is the only other person I've seen do it.

A) The retail price on these is ridiculous.
B) This kid really knows his stuff. I thoroughly enjoyed the video.
C) I don't even collect basketball (I couldn't afford too either, apparently, LOL), but this was a really informative and entertaining break. Well done by him!

As much as I think these people are dopes and the briefcase thing is silly... it's fascinating. It's similar to feeling I get when I watch competitive log-chopping tournaments, as I'm mainly impressed by the scenery but don't see myself going out and grabbing an axe.
