1987 TCMA Collectors Kits Reprints Baseball Forum

I have looked everywhere for this card and I can not find any set that it belongs in. Any help is appreciated.

It is from a card set produced for sale at the gift shop at the Bob Feller Museum.  OR...it is a reprint of said card from TCMA and was included in collector kits from the late 1980s.  The complete set could usually be had with the cover card autographed.  I'm actually surprised the set isn't listed here.  I'll see if I can correct that.  Not entirely sure what year it is from, but it would be 1987 or earlier.
