Thanks all. Interesting thoughts.
I do bring it up as an Olajuwon collecter and I have it coming in a lot of cards, but, when I checked the database it did not appear under his name.
Now, this does not overly bother me but it just struck me as odd as the number of other cards I have that picture various players that are not explicity mentioned on cards that do appear in their lists eg these 91-92 Fleer All Star game ones:
https://www.tcdb.com/ViewCard.cfm/sid/2082/cid/663403/1991-92-Fleer-233-1991-All-Star-Game
https://www.tcdb.com/ViewCard.cfm/sid/2082/cid/663407/1991-92-Fleer-237-1991-All-Star-Game
These two link to all the players pictured though none are explicitly mentioned on the front of the card. Some are mentioned on the back, but then some of the linked players aren't and some players who are not pictured (or linked) are also mentioned on the back.

This one is then lined to Jordan — who is pictured and mentioned on the back only — but not linked to any of the other players even though some of them are pictured and named on the back only the same as Jordan.
Now, on all these cards the players' names are not in the cards' name — that is 1991 All Star Game (of course there is also inconsistency here as some include pictured player NBA team names and some don't...) — the yare just *linked*. Unlike, say this card;
https://www.tcdb.com/ViewCard.cfm/sid/2082/cid/663199/1991-92-Fleer-29-Michael-Jordan
Where Jordan is obviously named as it is his card.
Going back to the original Upper Deck SE 208 card in question, would it then be more appropriate to link Horry, Olajuwon, Cassel(?), Thorpe (?), Maxwell (?) as with the Fleer All Star game cards above?
The Fleer examples are just a few of many in that subset that may need some tidying up to be consistent and correct. I am happy to tackle that if we get a consensus on what the correct treatment is though it might take a few weeks as I do not currently have a PC or lap top at home.
Thanks all.
