Are these the cards with the 'glitter' texture on the front of the card?

No I dont think so, I dont have a ton but they are just the Christmas themed cards, some have a present border, some have snowflakes added, others like a touque on their head, etc. But I dont have any with glitter on them ...... yet?!

Not glitter, but they call it metallic

jimetal7212, are you saying that what I'm referring to as glitter is called metallic and it IS the snowflake variant? I know they are not part of the normal set because I have some of the same players with the glitter/metallic and without. I haven't seen any of the listed variants for the cards in the main set with this enhancement.

Snowflake is a parallel to the base set.

On here the cards that have the glitter look to them are labeled under snowflake. on the pack themselves I believe they are called metallic. At least that is the way that I took it.

I have no idea why it's called "Snowflake". I don't see any snowflakes.

They were called "Snowflake" in the previous sets, 2016-2018 at least. In the 2019 set they are called "Metallic Holiday" which you can see on the insert ratios on the box:

Just for the record I don't like the "snowflake" or "holiday" variants with the snow design.
