Inaccuracy

How do I report an inaccuracy for a checklist. I just pulled a evolution of ballpark wrigley field # Ed12 an its not listed in the tdb. The checklist only has 10 cards listed in the set.

On the left hand side of the checklist page, just under all the links, you should see "See any Inaccuracies. Let us know." and link to create an IR.
