Topps has posted up the series 2 checklist...can we please try not to make a crime scene out of whoever creates the checklist, its always easier to get it right the first time instead of trying to clean up the mess afterwards.

But those five points, Jerry...

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

The problem is, it's not too much work to just throw ANY OLD thing in there for the 5 points.
It IS some work to get it right the first time. And I'm pretty sure we know who will upload the base checklist without the variations.
Good news, Admin has made it easy to append the VARs, and resort them into the rest of the checklist (in case someone mucks it up). Still, I think we should give 5 points to anyone who appends more than 10%-20% of a checklist to cleam up someone else's mess.

I still think we should get rid of the point system beyond what is required to attain the highest permissions level. This would most likely leave it to the conscientious members to upload images and checklists which would mean 99.9% accuracy and much less correcting required after the fact.

That is a very good idea. I ain't touching the Baseball checklist but I do try to take time and get a checklist as correct as I can before uploading. I just spent part of three days on my 1996-97 Panin Voetbal 97 checklist and still found some goofs after the upload. I fixed them when I found them though.

Gunny, if everyone fixed their errors after they uploaded a checklist (like the conscientious members do of which we know you are one), the world would be a better place.
