Found this card, was trying to get a value on it. I cannot find any info on any numbered seria to /23. All other cards like this with autographs are not numbered. 

This one is clearly numbered, #7/23. Any ideas on what series this is? Error maybe?

Thanks. Any idea of value? I've seen unnumbered ones going for $200-300. Other numbered variations to like /99 going for over $500.

The vakue is what anyone is willing to pay for it. But to direcly answer your question, your best bet to find a comparable value to monitoring the eBay listing. You won't find a "book" value for this due to its limited run and the quick volatility in today's market.
