1998 Bowman Chrome or Bowman Chrome International?

Does anyone know how to tell the difference between these 2? Can't tell what determines if it's "International", and I'm not sure which one I have. Thanks

The International parallel has a "map" style background on the front, while the base has the original's photograph background.
