I know it's not official yet but I'm pretty excited that Brady will be coming to Tampa. He didn't look the best last season but he had no one to throw to (now he gets Evans, Godwin, Brate and Howard). I also can't wait to see the Brees/Brady Showdown twice a year, and now maybe the Bucs can have some more nationally televised games so I can see them in Illinois!!

I was a little surprised to hear Tampa was getting him, but I hope they do well this year. I don't want him to win a Super Bowl, but I think having a good season would be a nice way to finish a career, and I hope it does give the Bucs some attention. I was a big fan in the 90's and when they won the Super Bowl.

I think I might need to get me a creamsicle Brady Jersey at some point to go along with my Steve Young, Ronde Barber, Cadillac Williams and John Lynch creamsicles.

He might have targets to throw to, but going to be hard when they are covered. Who's going to run the ball and who's going to keep him upright? And are the receivers willing to get on his page and quickly? They don't have time to develop into his style, has to be quick.

Well, they get Rodgers and Mahomes at home and the home and away with Brees. I'd be looking at those for national TV possibilities.
They also play at Chicago.

The NFC South will be even more fun to watch this season with the addition of Brady. With Brees and Ryan still in NO and ATL, adding Brady will make the division games even more unpredictable. We're losing Cam in Carolina, but Bridgewater looked good filling in for Brees last season. If the OL's can keep Tom and Teddy upright, there are going to be some high-scoring NFC South games this season! The Panther's D needs some serious help now, but the offense should be pretty good. All 4 teams should have really good offenses this year.

I heard a sportstalk host point out a few weeks ago when considering Brady's possible destination that although he felt Tampa Bay was very probable, it wasn't the best fit for Brady because the Bucs allowed one of the highest QB hit ratios in the league last year. Another host said yesterday that when New England doesn't want you it may be best to follow suit.

Yes, the Bucs OL is not the best, but alot of those hits and sacks were on Winston. He made poor decisions and held the ball way too long in trying to make a huge play instead of throwing the ball away. Brady is much smarter and knows he can't complete every pass like Winston thinks he can. That's why he now has the INT record for a season and Pick six INTs as well. You could read Arians lips a few times yelling at Winston "THROW THE F#&$ING BALL AWAY!" He never figured that out.

Just heard for a reported ~$30M... Now we'll have to wait and see if there is a season this year or not.
