For Detroit, I'd go Ty Cobb, Al Kaline, Ernie Harwell and Miguel Cabrera.

Washington Redskins
Sammy Baugh
Charley Taylor
John Riggins
Darrell Green
Leaving Jorgensen, Theismann, Monk, Houston, Hansburger, Grimm, Jacoby off hurt me. All but Riggins were career Redskins and that counted. Riggins has to be included for 43 reasons.

I don't necessarily disagree with your selections. I would put Pujols over Molina, but that's just me.
Actually Brock had more years with the Cardinals than Ozzie. Both are credited with 19 years in the majors. Brock played approx. 2-1/2 years with the Cubs and Ozzie played 4 full seasons with the Padres.
Lou had 2289 games as a Cardinal while Ozzie had 1990. (I'd pick Ozzie over Lou also though.)

He wasn't with the team as long as the other players (same reason I can't put Lou Brock in there, even though both had their best years in STL). He's been in Cali as long as he was in STL now.

What about Pujols?

For the Cardinals, the top 2 are easy - Stan Musial and Bob Gibson. I think the other 2 for me would be Ozzie Smith and Yadier Molina.

The 2003-2005 Topps All-Time Fan Favorites BB sets are exact;y that. Base cards are great card stock and the SN299 Refractors are amazing. The set only lists stats for Giants years, so a neat take. Bondas was added to the last card of the 2005 set as he finished in 2004. One of the Mays cards only has stats for his time in SF.
I found it interesting to realize the time periods of players with teams and the team moves. I can help with these cards iof interested.

I thought Brock was with the Cubs a little longer. As he retired before I was 2 years old, his career isn't locked in my memory. And for some reason when I made that last post, I was thinking Ozzie's first year in STL was 1981, not the actual of 1982. Those two years mix up my memory in many categories. My sister was born in '81 and my brother in '82 and my greatgrandfather died in one of those 2 years (I no longer remember which year).
Maybe I still hold a bit of a grudge against Albert for bailing on the Cardinals just for money, but he still didn't have as many highly productive seasons with STL as Yadier's had. Both are surely HOFer's in the future, but I'd pick Yadi over Pujols for a Cardinals Mt. Rushmore. Now if we talk face of the franchise by decades, Pujols would get it for the 2000's and Yadi for the 2010's.
