Baseball season has started? As a Royals fan I couldn't tell. Though that would explain my twitter timeline having daily complaints about Chris Owings starting and a bullpen who can't pitch. Whit Merrifield had a 31 game hitting streak, setting a team record. Then the next day went hitless. Oh yeah, we also got mad that a guy hit a homerun so we beaned him and that started a scuffle.
So, I guess the bright spot is I get to see Ned Yost doing a commercial about falling out of a tree for a cell phone company. At times I wonder if he regrets having that provider.

If my Mets can get their rotation and bullpen sorted out they could cause some trouble in the NL, but for now it's win one loose two, win two loose one

Nats fan here. So yeah bullpen what's that? One good things is the "kids" Robles and Soto and now Kieboom 2.

Mariners started off hot , now back to reality. gave up 29 runs in 2 games to texas WTH, they have forgot how to field and hit all at the same time.

Blue Jays have had their ups and downs which likely explains the .500 mark currently. On a bright note they are 7-3 over the last 10 games and all things considered it could be worse.

Cardinals struggled in the opening Series at Milwaukee, but are on fire now. Best record in the NL, and only 1/2 game worse than the Rays for best overall. As long as they don't wear their bullpen out with all these five-inning starts, they should be in good shape. Ozuna and Fowler are hitting, which is a big plus.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster. |
