I think you are correct and I don't think it is listed yet.

however the person or perhaps tag team adding this would need a checklist of the players on the sheet. (This happens when someone has time or sometimes folks just do it themselves)

You could search out eBay and other resources to acquire the info needed and post your findings and images here.

Have you found any more information on this card/set? I believe there is a set on ebay now, 9 individual perforated cards. Haven't seen an uncut sheet.
