I recently purchased this Don Mattingly sticker from eBay. It was listed as a 1990 Venezuela sticker. I'm not sure if I can link to eBay listings but you can easily search the site for more stickers from the seller.
I cannot find information on this set anywhere, and I am suspecting it is unlicensed given the Topps logo is covered up by the number on the front.
Any information would be helpful, thank you!

Definitely does not look like a legitimate Topps release. And I'm always suspicious when only one ebay seller lists a specific card.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

I hate that it looks to have been cut from an album page. The page would likely be very helpful in pinning this down.

From the other images, and looking through the sold listings, it is a fairly large checklist. The highest number I saw was Wade Boggs at 355. There are 18 Dodgers and 16 Royals, so the full checklist is probably something over 400. I have asked the seller if he has any more. If he responds I will ask if he can send a picture of the album cover.

I already asked and he said he didn't have it. I asked if he had any other identifying information but he didn't reply to that so far.

If you look at the listing I posted in a later message, you can see full pages from the book

From the other images of players and pages, it is probably about as legitimate as most of the Venezuelan sticker sets. Each page (at least as far as those available on the various listings) seems to have designated slots for specific players, including biographical information for each player. I'd say this is likely just another undocumented set like the 2005 set of Major Leaguers, or the 1960 set that surfaced earlier in 2022.
