What does the logo in the top right say? Can't read it too small.

comc.com calls it 1998 Homecare Toronto Blue Jays

I don't know hacks on cellphones but on PCs you can open the image in a new window then enlarge the image by using Ctrl + usually you have to do it a few times to see stuff if the image stays fairly clear.

I don't think the Green is from the same year as the Hentgen. The Jays logo on the Green card started use in 1997, whereas the Hentgen was from 1996 or prior.

I also own the Hentgen, it was sold to me as a 1995.

It almost looks like it was printed for a giveaway at a stadium or something like that.  I was thinking that perhaps it was from an appearance or something like that but if that were the case you would think there would be at least a couple copies of the card signed floating around on the internet.  Can't find any if that's the case.
