Got these cards as part of a big box of cards - any clues?

Judging by the backs they look like images that were on a box. Don't look like they're actually cards, but just images on a box.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

I'm guessing that those are game pieces, not trading cards. As to what game they would have been from, I have no idea.

Think theyre too uniformly cut to be cut from a box - i think theyre just plain backed
Could well be game peices though as the below poster states

They are similar to the 1965 Topps "Ugly Stickers". But as Chuck says they look like cards from a box.
WAIT. They seem to be from 1968 from a UK company SOMPORTEX Cards. They are called "Weirdies"

More on: 1965 TOPPS UGLY STICKERS
Most of the chceklists I saw only have 44 stickers, but there were apparantly 4 variants. A "Carol" is #35 on the lists. I couldn't find "Colin" on the lists.

So I'm guessing we* might be able to add checklists to both sets to the database. *Meaning someone who has experience adding sets anyway.
YAY! I get helpful brownie points. Maybe. BWG.

Yeah, very low quality cards. Looks like they printed them on box stock.
