Pertaining to IR - Inaccuracy ID: 254476 Variation Same picture on front of card and same back as card *15 in following set 1989 Star Baseball City Royals Baseball - Trading Card Database (tcdb.com) Got card from one of those assorted multi-sport boxes.

Thanks for getting this posted! I know I had asked a couple of times on the IR - this helps us a ton.

I'll wait for Dan (vrooomed) to chime in - as a former Star employee he might have some insight on these (no pressure Dan).

These are the "Platinum" set (1989 Star MiLB cards were 2-color gradient, but the platinums were blue only). Platinums are also glossy.

This should be listed as a parallel set to the 1989 Star Baseball City Roayls set.
