From what I saw on COMC, there are at least 8 cards in this set:
SEB-01 - Roy - Col
SEB-02 - Brodeur - NJD
SEB-03 - Belfour - Fla
SEB-04 -
SEB-05 - Potvin - Tor
SEB-06 - Hasek - Det
SEB-07 - Lundqvist - NYR
SEB-08 - Miller - Buf
SEB-09 - Lehtonen - Atl
Maybe we can get some others to fill in the blanks. This looks to be a standalone promo set. And there also looks to be an International Ice set, which looks to be at least a 9-card set.

There is also a Gold Version of these two sets.
SEB-01 is Patrick Roy Colorado
SEB-07 is Henrik Lundqvist Rangers
SEB-09 is Kari Lehtonen Atlanta
SEI-02 is Mike Modano USA
